Perhaps you are already an owner and think it’s time to sell your Wyndham timeshare? Our program lets you promote your timeshare for sale with no upfront fees to the one million visitors coming to our platform every year.
Once you choose to work with us, your Wyndham timeshare will be placed into our network of timeshare resale websites and promoted using our online marketing tactics that have successfully attracted buyers to sellers over the past 20 years.
As offers are placed on your timeshare through our platform, a licensed agent from our sister company, Timeshare Broker Associates, will verify that the offer is from a legitimate buyer. The agent will contact you to see if you would like to accept, decline or counter that offer and, if you choose, commence with the negotiation to sell your Wyndham timeshare.
The agent will work to close the sale, then prepare the purchase and sale paperwork, gather signatures, collect deposits from the purchaser and facilitate the deal with a trusted timeshare closing company. They do all the work, so you don't have to.
For more information about selling your Wyndham timeshare, please fill out the form on this page and find out how to use our service with no long-term commitment.
Could Wyndham timeshare ownership be your perfect vacation solution? It sure looks likely if you seek a flexible system with a worldwide network of relaxing, star-studded vacation properties.
As you browse our available Wyndham timeshares, you can quickly see that this is a system designed to let you vacation your way. Wyndham provides you with freedom of choice and you’ll get a membership with great advance-booking privileges.
Wyndham timeshares offer a choice of resorts in terrific urban destinations such as New York, New Orleans, Washington, D.C and San Francisco. Now those are premier locations! Yet Wyndham's catalog of destinations goes far beyond those unforgettable cities.
Ski-in and ski-out in Massachusetts' Berkshires or snowboard in Vermont. Lounge on the pier at a laid-back, lakeside resort in North Carolina or visit the hot springs in Durango, Colorado. Want more? Try your luck in Las Vegas or learn to snorkel in Hawaii, where Wyndham has several resorts across the islands.
If all this sounds ideal, here's an insider tip to make your new Wyndham timeshare an ideal buy: use the resale market where you’ll save on those high developer premiums. Our owners sell their Wyndham timeshares at savings likely to astound you, especially once you see Wyndham's own prices.
Wyndham resale purchases are some of the best bargains in timesharing. Wyndham already offers well-designed, comfortable resorts in hard-to-beat locations. The only other ingredient you need for a perfect vacation is you.
A: Wyndham timeshare points function as a type of vacation currency program where owners buy points and use those points to book vacation accommodation. Wyndham operates two primary types of timeshare points programs, Club Wyndham Select (where points are deeded to a home resort) and Club Wyndham Access (which are non-deeded points). In either program, points can be used to book a vacation from a network of Wyndham timeshare resorts.
A: Wyndham timeshare points have a 12-month lifecycle, where they are issued at the beginning of your Use Year (determined by your purchase contract) and are available to be used during the year. If points are not used during the 12 month timeframe, they will expire so it is important to either use them or bank them to be used in the following Use Year. Because points are renewed every 12 months, owners receive a fresh allotment of points each year and you can add the previous year’s points to your new allotment if you have already banked them.
A: There are a few ways you can get out of a Wyndham timeshare:
Cancel during your rescission period. This is the timeframe following the date you originally bought your Wyndham timeshare directly from Wyndham. Refer to your purchase documents for the specific timeframe and criteria required to cancel. Keep in mind this does not apply to resales.
Sell your Wyndham timeshare. This is the best way to get out of your timeshare since you can make some money back from your initial purchase. Fortunately, you can sell Wyndham timeshare with no upfront fees through Sell a Timeshare.
Give it back. Wyndham has a program called Wyndham Cares and you may qualify since the program has a number of criteria to be met, but there is no guarantee that they will take it back. Plus, there is no compensation for owners to hand it back to Wyndham.
A: Wyndham does not have a buy back program whereby they pay owners directly to buyback timeshares. If you contact Wyndham, they will refer you to their customer care department, which will refer you to resale companies to help you sell. Our sister company, Timeshare Broker Associates, is an official Featured Reseller for Wyndham and one of the companies they will suggest you use.
