WorldMark New Orleans Avenue Plaza

WorldMark Avenue Plaza timeshare units are available in studio floor plans (maximum occupancy of two) and one-bedroom units that have a queen bed in the private bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. As is typical with many urban timeshares, units at Avenue Plaza are well-planned and efficient. Rooms have showers, but no separate bathtub, and kitchens are mini or partial kitchen plans, and may include smaller appliances, a sink, typically a microwave, and may or may not have a limited number of burners for stovetop cooking (no ovens).

Plan to spend time in the WorldMark New Orleans Avenue Plaza courtyard with heated pool and rooftop sundeck. Note: The resort offers and recommends valet parking. One parking spot is permitted per timeshare owner and there is no parking for oversized vehicles.
