The Polynesian Hotel and Resort are an iconic part of Walt Disney World, present since the resort first opened in 1971, with the development of DVC timeshares at the Polynesian coming about only with the resort’s most recent renovation.
The resort includes the Bora Bora Bungalows, built in true South Seas style, directly over the water. Each of these two-bedroom units sleeps up to eight and includes two baths, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Private decks include a plunge pool, sound systems, and views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks as well as the Electrical Water Pageant on Seven Seas Lagoon.
