All of the 44 guest suites at the resort are two-bedroom style, so families staying here have plenty of room to relax, dine, and sleep. The suites are furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the smaller bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a fireplace, the kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, range, and microwave, and the bathroom includes a spa tub. The living room also contains a large flat-screen TV with cable or satellite connection. The guest buildings are condo-design with private stairways leading to the second-floor units.

Bryan's Spanish Cove timeshare resort is situated on a lake, and there's plenty of boating, kayaking, and swimming areas for families to enjoy.
